Our Story
Curtis-Glenn Realty was founded in 1998 by lifelong Rome residents Curtis Withrow and Glenn Rothe.
Starting with a single two-family home on Thomas Street, they slowly grew their portfolio by reinvesting every dollar back into their properties and their tenants. Word spread quickly: Curtis-Glenn was different. They answered the phone. They fixed things fast. They treated tenants like neighbors — because they were.
Today, Curtis-Glenn manages over 4 units across Rome, NY. The brothers are still involved in day-to-day operations, and the same values that guided them in 2026 guide every decision we make today.
